Masks are mandatory when in the clinic, they are $2.00 each. Or feel free to bring your own.

Call the office when you arrive, you will be escorted directly from your car into a treatment room.

COVID screening and temperatures will be performed on entry into the clinic, as well as hand sanitizing and a pre-treatment oral rinse.

Please arrive alone. Exceptions would be for minor children; one parent or caregiver will be allowed for patients requiring additional assistance.

We may perform treatment planning, payments and consultations over the phone to maintain social distancing between patients and the Live Well Dental Team.
